Crab Curry


Ingredients:
Crab-1/4kg
Tomato-1
Small onion-5
Chilli powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-3tsp
Fresh cocunut-1cup
Sombu(anise)powder-1tsp
garlic-3
Fenugreek seed-1tsp
Tamarind-size of lemon
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Sombu(anise)seed-1tsp

Method:

1.Clean the crab and wash in water for 4 times.
2.Grin the cocunut and garlic.
3.Soak the tamarind in little water and squeeze out the juice.
4.Add the juice to the turmeric,sombu powder and grinded paste.
5.Then add salt,coriander and chilly powder to the juice mixture.
6.Now,heat the oil,add fenugreek and sombu seed.
7.After it starts splitting add onions and tomatoes for saute.
8.Then pour the juice mixture to the oil and crab also.
9.Allow it for 25 minutes.Now crab curry is ready.
