Stuffed Chappathi
Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Red radish - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil- Required amount
Method:
1.Slice the radish into small sizes.Then add wheat flour, salt to the sliced radish.Don't add water.Because , radish have the water content.Make into a dough(add oil also).
2.Keep the dough for 1 hour.
3.Make them into small balls.
4.Using roller,make a round shape.
5.Then cook on a griddle or pan for 10 seconds.
6.Now stuff chappathi is ready to serve.

Chappathi 2
Ingredients:

Yogurt uppuma
Ingredients:
Yogurt-1 cup
Raw rice powder-1 cup
Green chill-2
Onion-1
Mustard seed-1 tsp
Urud dhal-1 tsp
Method:
1.Add little amount of water to yogurt and stir well.
2.Then add the rice powder to the yogurt.
3.Heat the oil add mustard and urud dhal.When seed start splitting add the onions and green chilly and saute for while.
4.Then add the yogurt mixture and salt and stir well.cook until for its thickness.
Now uppuma is ready to serve.

vermicelli adai(Semiyaa adai)
Ingredients:
Vermicelli-1 cup
Yogurt-1 cup
Rice powder-1/2 cup
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Onion-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Curry and coriander leaves- a pinch
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Fry the vermicelli for few minutes.
2.Then soak the vermicelli in yogurt for 1 1/2 hrs.
3.Now add the onion ,rice powder,chilly and turmeric powder.
4.Then add salt, curry and coriander leaves and stir well.
5..Heat the pan,and take this mixture and make into a flat round shape using hand.
6.Add few drops of oil and turn over until it is fully cooked.Now adai is ready to serve

1.Beat the egg and pour in the pan and turn over.Then cut into small pieces.
2.Grind the onion,tomato,chilly powder and garlic.idiyappam also made into small pieces.

4.Now add the idiyappam,salt and egg pieces.

Bread masala roast
Ingredients:
Bread-4

Karam masala-1tsp
Chilly powder-1/4 tsp
Small onions-3
Ginger and garlic paste- a pinch

1.Mix all the ingredients with egg except bread.

Idiyappam(Rice noodles)
Rice flour-3 cup
Hot water-as required
salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix rice flour with hot water and salt .
2.Knead it in to a smooth dough.
3.Fill the dough in the idiyappam presser and press it on to the idly cooker pan (for pressure cooker without weight)
4.Steam for 10-15 minutes.
Now idiyappam is ready.For this coconut milk with sugar is good combination.

2. Add fenu greek seeds in to soaked rice, dhal and grind to smooth paste with enough water for about 45 minutes in normal grinder.
3. Add salt and allow to ferment for 10 hours in larger container giving enough space for the batter to raise. Next day blend the batter well and dilute the dough with more coconut milk.
4. Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of dough in the centre Spread in a circular motion towards the outer edge.
5.For this coconut milk with sugar juice is a good combination.

2.Then grind the chana dal, boiled rice,dry chilli and coconut.

1.Heat the ghee,add mustard,urud dal,ginger,chilli and curry leaves.
2.Then add the rava to the ghee fry until for golden color.Leave it to cool.
3.Then add the yoghurt and salt to the rava mixture and keep aside for 1 1/2 hour.
4.Then blend the batter well and dilute the dough if necessary with more water.
5.Blend the batter well before pouring in greased idli plates and steam for 7 to 8 minutes in pressure cooker without weight.Now idli is ready.

Masala Dosa
Ingredients:
Boiled rice-3 cup
Black gram-1 cup
Salt - 3 tsps
Fenugreek seed-1tsp
Potatoes-4
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Dhaniya powder -2tsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Onion-5
Method:
1.Soak rice and dhal separately for 3 hours. Grind to smooth paste with enough water 2.Add salt and allow to ferment for 10 hours in larger container giving enough space for the batter to raise.
3. Next day blend the batter well and dilute the dough if necessary with more water. 4.Boil the potatoes, skin it and cut into small pieces or mash it. 5.Heat oil add mustard , cumin seeds.After splitting, add cut onions and fry till it is slightly brown.
5. Add cut potatoes, all powders, and salt to taste. Mix well.
6.Heat a tawa or pan and pour a ladleful of dough in the centre Spread in a circular motion towards the outer edge .Add a teaspoon of oil around.
7. Use this potato masala filling on one half of the dosa and cover with the other half. Now masala dosa is ready.
