Mutton Fry


Ingredients:
Mutton-1/2 kg
Onion-2
Ginger and garlic paste-required amount
Chilli powder-1tsp
Sombu(anise)powder-3tsp
Pepper powder-2tsp

Method:
1.Cook the mutton piece in the cooker for 2 whistle.
2.Then sombu,salt,and chilli powder is mixed with cooked mutton piece.
3.Heat the oil,add onions ,ginger and garlic paste for saute.
4.Then add the mutton mixture in the oil for fry.
5.Fry until for golden color.
