Crab Fry
















Ingredients:

Crab-1/2 kg
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Cocunut -1cup
Small onion-4
Garlic-5
Sombu(anise)powder-3tsp
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Clean the crab and wash in water for 5 times.
2.Grind the cocunut,garlic and onions.
3.Add the paste to crab.
4.Then add salt,turmeric and sombu powder,mix it well.
5.Heat the oil,and fry the crab mixture till for golden color.
6 Now ,crab fry is ready.
