Ingredients:
Tomato-1/2 kg
Onion-3
Raw rice-3cup
Chilli-3
Urud dal-1tsp
Mustard-1tsp
Masala powder-1tsp
Coriander leaves-few
Method:
1.Cook the rice and allow it to cool.
2.Heat the oil,add mustard and urud dal.
3.After it start splitting,put onions and chilli.
4.After that,add tomato and masala powder.
5.Mix this mixture with cooked rice,add salt and coriander leaves.
6.Now tomato rice is ready.
