Egg curry






















Ingredients:

4 or 5 eggs(boiled)
2 onions
1 tomato
6 or 7 dry chilli
1 tsp sombu(anise) seeds
1 cup coconut

Method of Preparation:
1. Grind the cocunut, sombu(anise) seeds and dry chillies into a fine paste.

2. Boil the egg. Remove the shell and keep aside.

3. In oil fry the onion, tomato over a medium heat till it attains a light golden colour.

4. Add the coconut, sombu, dry chilly paste in to the oil. Add water and salt. Wait until the mixture boils.

5. Add eggs in to the boiling mixture. Wait for few minutes. Now the egg curry is ready.

6. Garnish it with corriander leaves.
