Ingredients:
Chicken- 500 gms small pieces.
Black pepper powder -3/4 tsp
Onion - 2 chopped finely
Tomato-1 chopped
Chilly powder-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander &Curry Leaves
Ginger and garlic paste-2 tspn smooth paste
(salt to taste)
Turmeric a pinch
Oil:3 tsp
Method of prepation:
- Cut chicken in to small pieces.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder, anise powder (Sombu) and salt in to the chicken and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a large pan.
- Add the onions, curry leaves and saute for a while.
- Then add the ginger and garlic (mash them up together or can use ginger garlic paste instead) and fry for few mins.
- Add the chickenmixture to the frying pan and mix well. Fry it in low-medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- When the chicken is almost done, add the pepper powder into the mixture and mix well.
