Chicken Fry













Ingredients:


chicken: 1kg
chillie pdr: 2 tsp
salt: 1 1/2 tsp
turmeric pdr: 1/2 tsp
ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
tomato:1/2
oil: 3 tbsp
onion: 1 large sliced
Yogurt: 1 cup

Method OF Preparation:
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, yogurt and salt in to chicken and keep the mixture aside for few minutes(10-15 mins).
Heat the oil. Add onion, tomato, ginger and garlic paste after the oil gets hot. After the mixture turns in to brown, add previously prepared chicken and spices mixture in to it. Fry the mixture until the chicken gets cooked.
