Potato Masala

Ingredients:
Potato-1/3 kg
Onion-4
Chilli-3
Tomato-1
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Urud dal-1tsp
Mustard seed-1tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Boil the potatoes and smash it.
2.Heat the oil ,add urud and mustard seed.Then add onions,tomatoes and chilli.
3.After fry,add turmeric powder and then add potatoes.
4.Then add salt and water.
5.After it becomes thick,switch off the stove.Then add coriander leaves.
6.Now potato masala is ready.This is a good combination for poori.
