Cabbage fry (Poriyal)


















Ingredients:
Cabbage-1/4 kg
Onion-1
Chilli-2
Cumin powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Urud dal-1tsp
Mustard seed-1tsp
Salt to taste
Cocunut powder-1/4 cup

Method:
1.Cut the cabbage,onion and chilli.
2.Heat the oil,add mustard and urud dal.
3.After,it starts splitting add onion,chilli.
4.After onion fry,add cabbage,cumin and turmeric powder.
5.Add salt and little water.
6.Then cook for 20 minutes.
