Prawn Briyani













Ingredients:

Basmati Rice-3 cups
Prawn-1/4 kg
Onion-3
Tomato-1
Ghee-3tsp
Ginger,garlic-small amount(paste)
Coriandre Leaves
Cocunut Milk-1 cup
turmeric powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Curry leaves
green chilli-3(paste)

Method:
1.Remove the shell and clean the prawn,wash in the water.
2.Soak the rice in water for 2minutes.
3.Heat the ghee,add curry leaves,onions.After onions fry ,add tomatoes ,chilli, ginger and garlic paste.
4.Pour 5 cups of water , then add 1 cup of cocunut milk with rice and mix the mixture also.
5.After a few minutes add the prawns and salt.
6.Then add coriander leaves.(for pressure cooker ,3 whistle is enough)
