Samosa


Ingredients:
Maida flour-3cup
Onion-3
Carrot-1
Green peas-1/2 cup
Potato-4
Garam masala-1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-required amount

Method:
1Take flour add salt ,water,oil.Mix it well.
2.Knead the dough for 20 minutes (dough must be soft).
3.Boil the potatoes ,carrot and green peas.
4.Heat the oil,add onions,and then add salt ,garam masala.
5.Potatoes must be smashed.
6.Then add the potatoes,carrot and peas to the oil.
7.Now,take the dough and made into small balls.
8.Then roll into round shape.cut it into half ,add masala and make a triangular shape.
9.Then fry it in the oil (golden color)
