Cauliflower fry








Ingredients:


Cauliflower - 0.5 kg
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 2 tsp
Sombu (Anise) powder - 3 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 tsp
Onion - 1
Cinnamon, bay leaves - pinch
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

1. First cook the cauliflower
2. Heat the oil. Then add cinnamon, bayleaves and onion. Fry till turn in to brown.
3. Now add cooked cauliflower in to oil. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, sombu, corriander powder, salt and little amount of water.
4. Fry until the mixture gets fried.
