Ingredients:
Fish-1/4kg
Small onion-6
Tomato-1
Coriander Powder-4tsp
Chilly Powder-1 1/4tsp
Sombu(Anise)Seed-1tsp
Fenugreek Seed-1tsp
Tamarind-Size look like small lemon
Method:
1.Clean the fish with salt and wash in water for four or five times.
2.Soak the tamarind in little water and squeeze out the juice.
3.Add the tomato,chilly and coriander powder with the tamarind juice.Then add 2 cup of water in the juice mix.
4.Heat the oil,then add sombu,and fenugreek seed.
5.After the seed get splitting add the onions until for golden color.
6.Then add the juice mix in the oil and salt is also added.
7.After that ,put the fish pieces in theboiling curry and wait for 25minutes.
8.Now fish curry is ready.
