Fish Fry

Ingredients:
Fish-6pieces
Turmeric Powder-1tsp
Sombu(Anise)Powder-4tsp
Chilly powder-1 1/2tsp
Small Onion-5(should be paste)
Salt to taste
















Method:

1. Clean the fish with salt and wash with water for 5times.













2.Add the turmeric,sombu,chilly powder, onion paste and salt to the fish .















3.Then heat the oil.
4.Put the fish mixture into the oil.











5. Then fry it well until it turns to red/brown color as in the following photo.
