Prawn Curry














Ingredients:

Prawn-1/2kg
Small Onion-5
Tomato-1
Chilly Powder-2tsp
Coriander powder-4tsp
Fenugreek Seed-1tsp
Sombu(anise)Seed-1tsp
Tamarind-size of the lemon
Brinjal-2
Drumstick-1
Potato- 1

Method:
1.Clean the prawn and wash in water for 5times.
2.Soak the tamarind in little water and squeeze out the juice.
3.Add 3cups of water in the juice with chilly,coriander powder and the vegetables.
4.Mix the prawn pieces with juice mixture and then to boil for few minutes.
5.Heat the oil,add the fenugreek,anise seed.
6.After the seed get splitting ,add the onions and tomatoes.
7.Then add the mixture with salt to boil for 25 minutes.Now prawn curry is ready.
