Egg Thokku



















Ingredients:

Egg-5
Onion-3
Tomato-2
Chilli powder-2
Coriander and curry leaves-a pinch
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Boil the eggs and remove the shell of the eggs.
2.Heat the oil,add mustard and urud dal.When seed start splitting add onions and tomatoes and saute for while.
3.Then add chilli powder with little water.
4.Then add the salt.Next cut the eggs in vertical shape.
5.Then add the eggs in the mixture.
6.Cook for 10 minutes.Now egg thokku is ready.
