Ginger with tamarind chutney

Ingredients:
Ginger-60 grams
Tamarind-a pinch
Mustard seed-1tsp
Urud dal-1tsp
Dry chilli-3
Coriander leaves-a pinch
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Grind the ginger,tamarind,drychilli and coriander leaves.
2.Heat the oil add mustard and urud dal.When seed start splitting,add the grinded paste and salt.
Now ginger chutney is ready.
