Milk payasam(pal payasam)











Ingredients:

Milk-4cups
Vermicelli-1cup
Ghee-4tsp
Cashewnuts-6
Dry grapes-5
Method:
1.Heat the ghee,add vermicelli,cashewnuts and grapes and fry it for few minutes.
2.Then add the milk and sugar.
3.Keep them for 15 minutes.Now payasam is ready.
